He is showing that there are other ways of overcoming the crisis. He would be one of the few governors out there showing a modicum of fiscal responsibility.

Take Jindal for example. It’s a fair question to ask if his principle is to boost his own star, as opposed to doing what is best for his state’s unemployed as they strive to pay their rent and light bill.
