It still has to pass the Oklahoma Senate (which was taken over by Republicans in the 2008 election) and then be signed by the Democrat governor.

What intrigues me and somewhat mystifies me is that liberal states like Maine and Washington, according to the World Net Daily article, have had the bill introduced in their legislatures. Does anyone think these states will actually pass it?
