This is what happens when government and business merge…. Fraud and propaganda. Congress thinks they are above the law and rewrite contracts on the fly to suit their needs and also just as abregar point out… To get more public support for their Marxist agendas.

That is exactly what I am saying. I think that they set it up to fail so that they can use it as an excuse to “spread the wealth”

Interesting. So what you are saying is that because TARP was set up so poorly, it now gives the Democrats a new chance to spread the wealth. Almost like it was set up to fail in order to have the excuse to tax the bonuses.
