Frank: Judge Scalia is a ‘homophobe’

Barney Frank. He just can’t get enough lime light in the news. This time he is out to get Supreme Court Justice Scalia by calling him a “homophobe.”
I have to wonder why voters elect and re-elect such a man as Barney Frank.
If I had to pick someone with character, the winner is: Judge Scalia. Not only for his views about consensual sodomy laws but because it is “very unlikely the justice would offer a response to Frank’s remark.”

I fume everytime i seen this moronic joker on news i dont like to wish bad things to happen to people but if something would happen to mr frank would croak it would do America a favor.

Barney Frank is a loon, who was more useful fixing parking tickets than in a leadership postion in the congress. The problem the Democrats have is the old Liberal guard is being replaced by a moderate party who is winning on a consistant basis in Republican areas, because Republicans are catering to right wing talking heads. The thing about being in the old guard is that you have senority and thus are the one in front of the cameras. The Pelosites cannot keep winning forever.
Justice Scalia has worked as hard as he could in the last 23 (? did he come in in 86?) to increase executive power. Like Morrison v. Olsen 88. Which I really can’t agree on.
I know Scalia, who is a Reagan appointee, is a friend of the Bush’s but that in itself is the problem. You give the President control over everything, the right to spy on you through the patriot act and the right to enlist the services of the phone company to watch your every email, text, phone call and website visited, through FISA, and what do you know?…
After the election there is no longer a Republican, but a Democrat in the white house with all the powers you gave the Republican before him.
As for consensual sodomy, who really gives a crap? Honestly, with all the problems in America right now consensual sodomy is pretty low on the list
