Save the Redneck plus requested Garofalo apology

On this rainy, cool Iowa Saturday afternoon I offer up a website to visit to learn about Rednecks. Yes, learn something! Check out the entire site!
http://www.savetheredneck.com/about.htm
I find the “Redneck Values” very admirable! And I wish them the best with getting an apology from Ms. Garofalo! Keith Olbermann really was an accessory to the vicious attack on Americans AND Rednecks- so an apology from him would be a nice touch as well.
Actually- give me a REDNECK as described on this site any day/any time over the likes of MSNBC holier than thou types. I would never describe Keith O as “honorable” or “hospitable”…. Well, maybe hospitable to anyone on his show who wishes to Bash Bush or other Conservatives.
Redneck Values
- Independent
- Hard working
- Hospitable
- Practical
- Honorable
- Modest
- Honest
- With strong ties to land and family
And information on the requested apology from Janeane Garofalo:
Save the Redneck, an organization dedicated to honoring Redneck heritage and celebrating Redneck culture, today called for an apology from 24 star and political activist Janeane Garofalo for disparaging Rednecks. She mostly went after “Republicans” and “right-wingers” in talking to MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann about Americans protesting government bailouts, but did mention “tea-bagging rednecks,” too. Crit Callebs, co-founder of Save the Redneck, says, “Our aim is to set the record straight and celebrate everything positive about being a redneck.”

Enjoy learning about Rednecks. I sure did! Actually, I have Rednecks in my family and am proud of it!
My God, I did not think my fellow Iowans could be so idiotic. You Iowa Conservatives proved me wrong!
