Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) had a few choice words about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) landmark climate-change bill after its passage Friday.

When asked why he read portions of the cap-and-trade bill on the floor Friday night, Boehner told The Hill, "Hey, people deserve to know what's in this pile of s--t."

I like this guy ! he couldn't have stated it better in my opinion

Excellent post.

We have to make Pelosi and Reid and Obama's authoritarian socialism the issue, not the locals affection for Leonardo (who is at least likeable) and Loebsack (a horrible name, sounds like a testicular disorder) and a lawyer (and God knows I know how much the public hates us).

The economy might be in freefall by 2010 and now is the time to win the argument so that the final issues is anticlimatic.

Yes, the 3 Pelosi Puppets are a huge embarrassment to Iowans. After Latham's awesome presentation, Braley came along and he just looked lame. It was pathetic. I have found myself wondering if Iowa's Puppets have twisted arms enough to be taking huge does of Advil or what in the world they were promised in order for them to be on the Pelosi/Obama take.

Factor in the Sellout Republicans and it is the most disgusting of events in D.C.

One of the Representatives that spoke on the floor stated that the 1201 pages amounted to $700 million a page. I really don't think any of those puppets really knows what this bill will end up costing us.

We needed these guys to say No last fall, but instead they have become Yes Men and I don't see that changing.

The need to be voted out. Iowa does not need puppets for Pelosi or anyone else. We need representatives with character and conviction and ones who listen to the voters who sent them to DC in the first place.
